The Steps Toward Stunning, Meaningful Art for Consumers and Greater Prosperity for Artisans.
1. Superior Quality and Authentication.

Using the UNESCO Award of Excellence for handicrafts criteria and database where available, BRANDAID Collections combs the
developing world for authentic, beautiful and culturally meaningful art, sculpture, home decor, textiles, ceramics and
jewellery. These are Master Artisan led, community based microenterprises employing up to several hundred artisans and workers.
2. Artisans are paid their asking price in advance of sales.

Based on the asking price by the artisans, competitive and historical sales figures, and quality of the work,
BRANDAID Collections curate and pre-purchase the art.
This then establishes a true pricing benchmark for the Artisan's work and future collections as well as profitable
pricing for other sales channels artisans choose to do business in.
3. Bridge the market divide with world class marketing partners and Hollywood patrons to grow online sales for artisan producers.

Leading Design and Advertising Agencies are enlisted by the BRANDAID Foundation and work with the artisans to create brand
identities and microsites which become the property of the Artisan community. Publicity and additional story telling is
enhanced by a Patrons Circle of celebrities. Photographers and videographers capture the essence of the community's
culture and way of life, the artisan's stories and create a catalogue of digital assets from which to create online videos
and images of the art for sale online. Outcome: Artisan's marketing capacity increases through world class selling power
and market presence.
4. Build an online community where developing world artisans can showcase their work to a new era of
consumers who engage global culture.

BRANDAID Project is building an online community for the artisans of developing countries, a showcase and a meeting place
for products and people in the new era of world culture.
BRANDAIDCollections.com hosts and launches each branded Artisan microenterprise. The microsites provide an immersive,
visual experience into the master artisans, their communities and their cultures while showcasing their handmade collections
bringing their authentically ancient arts into our lives and our homes.
The founders of BRANDAID Project believe the world is changing. Two humanities are becoming one, trading in the same
marketplace and sharing the same Mother Earth. People want the unique and the real. The mysteriously beautiful silk scarf
created by a mother in a Laotian village on her home loom or the exquisite one of a kind mermaid in metal from a village of
blacksmith artists in Haiti. BRANDAID Collections aims to immortalise the works of master artisans in the handmade economies
of the poor world. Many ancient techniques are endangered. BRANDAID Collections brings beautiful arts and crafts and the
stories of the people who create them to the world.
5. Better living and working conditions in artisan communities with capacity building, skills training,
health and education.

BRANDAID Foundation funds capacity building and well-being initiatives. Outcome: Where the community can flourish
art can flourish and where art flourishes the community can flourish.
6. Artisans share in profits.

Artisans and their communities receive 35% of the profits from the sale of the art. 10% of this 35% of the profits
funnel back to the BRANDAID Foundation for artisan community capacity building initiatives and well being. And the
balance of the profits remain in the business. Outcome: Artisans become profitable business partners and other
business opportunities open up.
